- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you're looking for friendly helpful, service, you may not find it here. Maybe she was having a couple of bad days but the federal employee I encountered had a judgmental attitude, implied that I was homeless. Not the case, and I am also working as a federal employee. I didn't bother to correct her wrong impression. This kind of behavior is unacceptable of a federal employee, or anyone who waits on customers.
